Optime Consulting CEO Maria Merce Martin, with her team in the new state of the art innovation room

Fort Lauderdale (November 6, 2017) - Marketing group Optime Consulting pays it forward by developing and funding the children and adults Innovation classroom for United Community Options, formerly known as United Cerebral Palsy.

Weston-based Optime Consulting, allocated contributions raised from their annual social responsibility event from 2015, 2016 and 2017, the Optime 5K Run, to re-design and re-build two classrooms at United Community Options of Broward and transform it into a state of the art space for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The ultimate goal is to provide a nurturing environment where those served can learn, share and grow.

The Children Innovation Classroom was born, designed and aligned with Optime’s expertise in marketing and human centric strategies, enabling educators, parents and children to define behavioral goals that show progress, recognition, and ultimately a sense of pride that becomes contagious.

“We're proud to make a difference in the lives of those at United Community Options of South Florida,” said Maria Martin, CEO of Optime Consulting. “To be able to see a tangible change through our social responsibility efforts is remarkable. Now is the time to begin working for the UCO adults new room and bring productivity and pride to the next level. We are excited to use our knowledge and expertise to make their working-day the most enjoyable”Mayor of Fort Lauderdale, John P. Siler and United Community Options Executive Board, officiated the Children Innovation Room’s grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony, calling the room “incredibly impressive.”

“Together we are making a difference in our community and in the lives of adults and children with developmental disabilities. We are extremely grateful for the Optime Consulting continued support.” said Pat Murphy, United Community Options of Broward’s Executive Director. The Optime One Cause social responsibility program has drawn more than 6,000 supporters since its inception in 2013 and has raised over $125,000.
